640 – 5th Avenue SW
This timeless 16 storey office building was a design-build for the Energy and Utilities Board, EUB, the predecessor to the Alberta Energy Regulators, Energy Resources Conservation Board and Alberta Utilities Commission. PBA worked diligently with the EUB to accommodate the demands of working with a government agency. The EUB was a tenant with PBA for 25 years.
In 2004 the property was sold.
