Dean Halyk

Director of Construction and Development

Dean guides and oversees project management for all initiatives within PBA Group of Companies. He brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate development and construction industry to his role, including an extensive focus on office and retail projects. Dean holds a diploma in Architecture Engineering Technology from the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology (SIAST). He launched his career as a project coordinator and expanded into contract administration and construction management for notable architectural, development and contracting firms. Dean is continuously inspired to foster teamwork and enhance processes at PBA.

Outside of the office, Dean is an avid fitness and sports fan favouring baseball, basketball and golf as well as a travel enthusiast with a taste for tropical beach destinations.
