PBA Group extends our best wishes to Dennis Braunwarth as his time comes to an end with PBA Group. Dennis began managing our portfolio in 2004 when he was still with CB Richard Ellis. He naturally became a valued member of our team on October 1st, 2006, continuing his management of operational excellence for all our properties as well as playing an integral role as an ambassador for PBA Group. He is always willing to help others and our tenants always have great things to say about him (and he knows EVERYONE!)
Dennis will be kept busy moving forward as he has been married for 48 years and has two granddaughters. He also played ball for 42 years and continues to bowl and play in a pool league. He is a lover of dogs and has several of them. His daughter even runs a dog day care out of their home, so he is usually covered in dogs when he gets home! And a fun fact about him: he loves hot dogs and Dr. Pepper!
