As PBA’s Director of Leasing, Dahlya Molina considers herself a client relationship leader whose main responsibilities include creating and assembling opportunities across PBA’s portfolio by sourcing and securing new tenants while also collaborating with existing tenants to satisfy expansion and renewal requirements. She also establishes well formulated strategic leasing plans for assigned assets that are aligned with the strategic goals of the organization which satisfy the best interests of both PBA and their tenants for the long-term.
Dahlya has over 10 years professional experience in commercial real estate in Calgary but she was exposed to real estate as she grew up as her family was in the business. You could say it is in her DNA. Further to this, she has previous experience in downtown office leasing with Strategic Group as well as retail leasing with Qualico Commercial. She was previously in the telecom industry with Bell Mobility as the Associate Director of Campaign Marketing and Management.
When Dahlya is not working you can find her spending time with her family as she has a 14-year-old husky as well as two “Irish Twin” children. Fun Fact: Dahlya has more bikes than purses! You could say she likes to ride! You can find her biking all year long as she has road and mountain bikes for warmer weather and a fat bike for fall and winter. Her bucket list includes “bike packing” the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route (GDMBR) from Banff, Alberta to Antelope Wells, New Mexico.
Dahlya graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor of Commerce and became a Licensed Real Estate Associate, RECA in 2010.
