Sarah is an accomplished corporate lawyer and board leader with over 20 years of experience in corporate governance, capital markets, and mergers & acquisitions. As Partner and former Co-Leader of the Capital Markets and M&A Group at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, she has advised clients across industries including energy, mining, technology, and financial services.

A dedicated advocate for strong governance and risk management, she serves on multiple boards, including Project Forest, Calgary Humane Society, and Calgary Foothills Soccer Club, and holds the ICD.D designation from the University of Calgary.
